We get our dog and chicken food/supplies here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they care about providing advice appropriate for your animals needs. You can get the same or similar products at big box stores, but you don't get the customer service there like you do at Sutherland's. Shop local. Kudos Sutherland's.

Our favorite place, feel like we're there every week. Awesome inventory of what your pet.may need. Love bringing Bella in with me and letting her pick a treat. Great customer service as well.

This place is great! The prices are often a tad lower than surrounding pet stores. If they do not have it, they can order it for you. Very knowledgeable staff about many animals and there needs. My favorite part is outside their front door is a shelf of donated pet food for those in need. Love this, you don't see other stores doing this. The caring atmosphere makes all the difference.

Really great selection, and was so happy to get help with getting a 40lb bag of bird seed into my car! Update: after discussing a brand of fogbthat the owners themselves use, we switched and all I gotta say is ...WOW! Such a great food. My golden is finally free of skin issues like scabs and he no longer stinks. He just looks and performs like a healthy 4yr old!! Thank you against for taking the time talking to us and help us choose Holistic brand!!

Staff here were very friendly! Took the time out to let the dog pick out what treat should would actually eat (she's very picky apparently). Also very nice to have knowledgeable people working there to explain the different treat types and what might be good for a senior dog. They also helped out making a tag for her (dog has only recently come to.live with us).She definitely enjoyed her picks and we will return there for other care supplies.

Always helpful wen l whenever I call, even if I call close to closing time, they are never rushed. It is nice to know that when I need supplies they are in stock. Having a business I can depend on is invaluable.

Service is unmatched. Every employee cares deeply about doing what's best for your pet/livestock. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We come back week after week. Can't recommend Sutherland's highly enough. It's our dogs favorite place to go. <3
